ALL Boarders.

The health and welfare of the dogs in our care is paramount!

With this in mind, ALL owners with their dogs, who are looking at BOARDING with us MUST make an appointment prior to their stay for a MEET AND GREET.

MEET AND GREET is a minimum of 1 hour session where you can bring your dog to see how he or she feels about us.

It's very important to us that everyone is happy and we all get to know one another. This helps tremendously with settling in to a happy home life together.

If everyone is happy and comfortbale we will then give you some paperwork to fill in regarding  contact details, vets, alergies, diet and so on.

There will also be a section about your dog and it's character, likes, dislikes, types of interaction we need to give and of course exercise.

It is a simple set of questions but it really is helpful for us to ensure we get it right.

Daycare.

As with the BOARDERS section, it is so important for any DAYCARE dog and it's owner to be completely happy with the service we provide and the way we do things.

With this in mind we strongly advise you to make an appointment for a visit to us prior to any full day sessions.

Again you will be given some paperwork to fill in regarding your dog. Contact details, vet, alergies , likes and dislikes and general character of your dog.
